Endowment Fund
Function:	The Aldersgate United Methodist Church Endowment Program provides members and friends opportunities to make charitable gifts that will become a permanent resource for the financial support of the Church's mission.
	Gifts of any size may be made to the Endowment Program and may be made in several forms: cash, check, stocks and bonds or as a bequest in a will or trust.
	Gifts to the Endowment Program may be designated for specific purpose or may remain undesignated, as the donor wishes. The principal of the Endowment Program is permanently invested and may not be spent or borrowed by the Church except under extreme circumstance as defined within the Charter. The income from the endowed gift may be distributed only in accordance with the wishes of the donor.
Meetings:	Meetings are held several times a year, as needed.
