At Aldersgate, music has always been central to worship and fellowship. Each Sunday we appreciate the talent and dedication of the musicians who provide wonderful music to praise God and share with people the good news of Jesus. There are currently three vocal groups, two handbell choirs, an instrumental ensemble and a praise band.

The AUMC Praise Band plays a wide range of worship music to create an environment that is both inspirational and contemplative in nature.  The Praise Band is a multi-generational group of vocalists and they are always welcoming those who want to sing God’s praises on Sunday mornings.

If you have a passion for worship music, as a musician, a singer, or even as a sound/AV technician, we want to help you nurture this gift.  We are always looking for new musicians, singers, and stage crew members who want to use their God given gifts for His glory. We are open to all types of instruments and skill levels.

Please reach out to Whitney Gatesman, Worship Leader, at whitneygatesman@cvaumc.org to learn more about how to get involved.
